Doc Student Scholarship Opportunity

The American Academy of School Psychology is pleased to announce the 2012 Hyman/Lambert Scholarship Competition. These scholarships are for school psychology doctoral students. Applications for $1,000 scholarships are due May 15, 2012. Typically six scholarships have been awarded annually. Scholarships will be presented at the APA convention in Orlando on Friday,
August 3, 2012 at the 8:00 AASP breakfast with a location to be determined. Recipients are encouraged, but not required, to attend this breakfast to receive their scholarships.

Interested applicants should provide: 1. a statement of their future goals in school psychology and how their goals might impact chosen populations or areas within school psychology; 2. one signed professional letter of reference verifying the
student's status in a school psychology doctoral training program; and 3. a CV.
