Do you really know what Tourette Syndrome is? Do you know how to recognize it in a classroom? Do you want to learn about the most effective ways to help a child with Tourette's? 

The Tourette Syndrome Association is holding a FREE Professional Development Workshop for all students in the Graduate School of Education.

The workshop will be held on March 20th, from 2:00-4:30pm in McMahon Hall, Room 109. Refreshments will be served!

FREE information will be distributed to all students who attend!

Because this is a professional development workshop it looks GREAT on a resume!

School Psychology Awareness Week Event Schedule

Week of Monday Nov 12^th

Monday, Nov. 12^th – Bake Sale/Food Drive

There will be 2 tables in the mail lobby from 12:30-5pm for our bake sale!

Our Food Drive will be on the 10th floor in room 1016. If you bring something for the drive you can receive a raffle ticket for the social. If you would like tickets to the social, please contact Sheena Mehta:  Sheena.mehta81@gmail.com

** the funds will be donated to the Red Cross for hurricane Sandy relief**

Tuesday, Nov. 13^th – Table on 10^th floor

There will be Pamphlets/Brochures: info about SPAW (including flyers), SASP, APA, NASP, NYASP. We will also be selling raffle tickets for the social.

Wednesday, Nov. 14^th 3:30-4:40pm – CV Workshop

There will be a writing workshop that includes  writing CV/Resumes with Dr. Laracuenta.

Thursday, Nov. 15^th – SASP Social

We will be having a social at Kareoke Duet 53 from 9-11pm Located at 900 8th Avenue, on the corner of 53rd street.   There will be a raffle and a number of fun prizes!
